As far as I can remember, I’ve been obsessed with two things: language and technology.

Passionate about creating connections through conversations, I’ve made it my mission to spread the word about the impact of conversations and dive deep into how to leverage conversational technology to create a more equitable world.

Over the years, I’ve grown into an award-winning conversational UX designer & strategist, keynote speaker, trainer, and co-author of the Voice UX Workbook. ✨
I have also designed and reality-proofed the VxDS – Voice Design Sprint framework, based on the Google Design Sprint Methodology – enriched with voice-specific data-driven models and serious games.
With a solid experience in linguistics, copywriting and interaction design, I found product design with a conversational twist to be the perfect blend.

As the conversational approach spreads across the industry, there are some very important conversations to be had around inclusion, ethics and making sure that this time around we really build experiences with the customer in mind.
